Digimon Tamers: Hypnos
-Hypnos
Hypnos is a government agency ran out of the Hypnos towers to try to control monitor digital activity. Lead by its designer, Yamaki, scientists, system operators, field agents, and technicians trace any type of digital activity. Yamaki soon becomes aware of the Digital Monsters ariving in the real world. Yamaki's first invention to rid the world of these creature was know as Yuggoth, a deletion program. It got to Guilmon, but luckly, the Tamers were able to rescue him before the deletion. Yamaki's other invention, the Juggernaut, can be read about below. During the time when the Tamers where in the Digital World, Hypnos without Yamaki, ran the Juggernaut a few times, as it was damaged. They were unable to shut it down, so they called back Yamaki to turn it off, giving him his job back. They found out, when the Juggernaut is turned on, it creates a chaotic storm in the Digital World. After the Tamers rescued Calumon, they returned with the D-Reaper following them. Hypnos was able to help with the combine power of the Monster Makers and the Tamers to take the D-Reaper down. The Hypnos buildings were the focus point for the D-Reaper, as it held the Kernel Sphere between the two towers. The building would eventually become part of Mother D-Reaper. Yamaki, along with Riley and Talley, his two closest workers, were able to set up a small command post in another area of the city to work on Project Doodlebug to stop the D-Reaper.
Juggernaut
The Juggernaut was created by Yamaki and Hypnos. The idea behind the Juggernaut's use was to suck up all Digital Life Forms or "Wild Ones" from Earth, and send them back to the Digital Plain. It sends them back to the Digital World by creating a 'Big Bang' between the two worlds. The Devas, sent by the Digimon Sovereigns were able to use the Juggernaut as a way to Earth by reversing it. Mihiramon was the first to make it through, battling the Tamers atop of the Hypnos buildings. Later on, Makuramon was able to crash the system during the battle with Vikaralamon, getting Yamaki fired. He decided to side with the Tamers, giving them a comm device, after they had decided to make their way to the Digital World. During Yamaki's firing, Hypnos reactivated the damaged Juggernaut a few times, but was unable to shut it off the last time. They called back Yamaki to shut it down, giving him his job back.
-Operation Doodlebug
Operation Doodlebug was an attempt to bring the D-Reaper back to the Digital World, reversing it, turning it back into its origional harmless form. Comanded by the Monster Makers and Yamaki, they loaded the Juggernaut program into Terriermon, unknowing to him and Henry. The idea was to get MegaGargomon to enter to vortex, activating the Juggernaut. MegaGargomon did so, reversing the D-Reaper, and it's effects on the real world and the Digital World for good.
